Like many people, I abandoned my TV set years ago and turned to the internet for news and entertainment.

TV and its supernatural powers of influence and behaviour modification, has been a wet dream realised for every unscrupulous blood sucking corporation, every psychopathic dictator or wannabe world domination sociopath.

A �TV program� is quite literally, well, a program. Programming, even when it is masqueraded as news, is still a program, conditioning minds to particular world views, directing how we think and act, sucking our imaginations, our ability to think, leaving empty headed obedient consumers who fear everything they are told to.

There has never been anything so effective in �dumbing down� and controlling the masses as TV, or has there?

When the information revolution took hold with something called the internet, with its millions of nodes of independent inputs, I use to muse, how will our dear overlords ever control this? They can�t possibly, right?

In my recent cyber travels however, reading comments all over the net at blogs, forums, and social network sites, it is becoming depressingly apparent; those bastards (overlords) have done it again. Enslavement of the masses is more comprehensive and effortless now than ever before. The internet is a mind control monster that puts TV back in its box.

Millions the world over now spread their ignorance and fear, through this marvelous medium and worst of all; they do so in the delusion they are free. Because they are in control now right? No longer destined to passively consume their conditioning, they now call the shots; they interactively now make the news, right? But it is the news they believe from a life time of programming. It�s also the company line in endeavor, the news they hope big brother will never see reason to use against them.

One great leap forward, two great leaps back. Those bastard overlords have done it again. The net now kills more autonomous thought and sucks away more precious life, via wasting more and more of our time in distraction, than TV ever did. Those bastards have us in their control, and ingeniously on their part, we actively pursue our own enslavement on their behalf.

People can�t even take a dump anymore without twittering it. I kid you not, there is such a thing as the twitter shitter.

The evil programmers behind the curtain know this, and they designed Twitter to keep people running in circles asking, �I�m following 300 people, how many are you following? How many followers do you have?�
While the seo masters rake in the cash, the sheep chase each other�s tails trying to keep up with everything 2000 people are doing � people they don�t even know.
The big money sites and seo experts love personal bloggers. It assures their success and guarantees a massive chunk of the Internet is automatically no threat to their ability to earn money. They don�t want everyone knowing the truth. They don�t want you critically thinking. They want you Twittering. While you read a blow by blow account of Billy Blogger�s hourly updates, the greed infested �experts� laugh hysterically � seven miles beneath the Earth�s crust in a secret back room � drinking champagne with all the world bankers.

Nice work revellian. More seriously, I�ll end with this thought.

Edible Vaccines and Flying Syringes

In 1996 the Rockefeller Foundation supplied grant money for early research on edible vaccines. The $58,000 grant, given to the Boyce Thompson Institute for Plant Research at Cornell University, was aimed at developing and transferring edible vaccine technology to developing countries. Cornell University reports,

�Researchers at the Boyce Thompson Institute for Plant Research Inc. at Cornell now will begin exchanging new vaccine information with scientists in developing countries, starting with Mexico, thanks to a new Rockefeller Foundation grant.

Gomez-Lim and his American colleagues will try to verify the value of �edible� vaccines and to begin educational efforts in Mexico to facilitate the rapid adoption of these vaccines for safe and effective use.�

Charles Arntzen, who served as President of the Boyce Thompson Institute, can be heard here explaining the use of bananas as edible vaccines in developing countries.

In 1998 the Boyce Thompson Institute became the first to develop genetically modified potatoes which were successfully tested on human subjects. �The potatoes were developed through a process known as transgenic implantation, in which a gene is transferred from one species to another. In this case the gene for a bacterial antigen � the protein that stimulates the production of protective antibodies � was inserted into the potato plant cells,� reports BTI.

The article continues,

�Children of developing countries may not be the only beneficiaries of this new technology. Says Arntzen: �American kids will also probably prefer being vaccinated by an edible vaccine rather than by a needle.'"

Edible vaccines - which have been given scant coverage in the mainstream media - received attention in the wake of the recent swine flu outbreak. Iowa State University research ��may someday allow pigs and humans to get a flu vaccination simply by eating corn or corn products,� reports ISU. �The corn vaccine would also work in humans when they eat corn or even corn flakes, corn chips, tortillas or anything that contains corn, said Harris.�

The prospect of delivering vaccines through food inevitably raises the issue of mass medication. Calls for statins and lithium to be placed in tap water have recently been made in the name of promoting �good mental and physical health.� A recent AP report stated that lithium, along with hundreds of other active pharmaceutical ingredients have already been found in drinking water. Mosquitoes are also being turned into mass medication systems. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation recently gave a $100,000 grant to a Japanese research program aimed at genetically engineering mosquitoes to act as �flying syringes� to deliver vaccines.

The Rockefeller family - and in turn the entire Anglo-American establishment - has a history of consistently supporting population control and reduction. David Rockefeller, Bill Gates, and other billionaire philanthropists met in secret in New York City recently to discuss this very issue. The meeting was secret, according to an attendee, because ��anything they said would end up in the newspapers, painting them as an alternative world government.� Research in the realm of biotech and edible vaccines, as openly stated in prominent medical journals, will aid this long term agenda. This same group, primarily the Rockefeller family and their various foundations, was instrumental in shaping twentieth-century science, from the molecular sciences to social engineering. Dr. Lily E. Kay�s seminal work, The Molecular Vision of Life: Caltech, The Rockefeller Foundation, and the Rise of the New Biology, documents this fact.

Past incidents

In 1989 research was conducted by the National Institute of Immunology in New Delhi India into the use of hCG conjugated Tetanus and Diphtheria vaccines as a method of birth control. The research discussed the use of Tetanus and Diphtheria �carriers� to bypass the immune system and deliver the female hormone called human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG). While hCG is required to maintain pregnancy, the injection of hCG bound to Tetanus Toxoid triggers an auto-immune response against hCG. The Rockefeller Foundation is listed in the document as giving grants for the research.

On November 4, 1996 the publication Vaccine Weekly carried an article titled �Study Suggests Women Were Injected with Contaminated Tetanus Vaccine.� The article details an investigation that was carried out by the Philippine Medical Association into the discovery of hCG in tetanus vaccines. Similar incidents have also occurred in Thailand.

Further evidence is found in a 1995 BBC documentary titled �The Human Laboratory�. The film covered the Philippines Tetanus hCG controversy in depth. The transcript for the program states,

NARRATOR: There are several research programmes around the world testing the contraceptive vaccine linked to tetanus which creates an immune response. The vaccine contains Beta HCG, part of a hormone necessary for pregnancy. This Beta HCG stimulates antibodies so that if a woman�s egg becomes fertilised her own natural HCG will be destroyed and pregnancy will not occur.

MARY PILAR VERZOSA: I began to suspect that here in the Philippines that�s exactly what�s happening. They have laced the tetanus toxoid vials with the Beta HCG. The only way I could make sure that they hadn�t done that was to examine the vials, and how to get a hold of those vials was going to be a problem. Who was I to collect them from the health centres?

NARRATOR: Sister Mary was helped through the Catholic network. A friend who worked in a health clinic removed the vials unnoticed. The nuns packed them with ice and sent them to an independent laboratory.

MARY PILAR VERZOSA: Oh boy that was really something when this came out of my fax machine. Report on HCG concentration in vaccine vials. Three out of those four vials registered positive for HCG, so my suspicions are affirmed that here in our country they are not only giving plain tetanus toxoid vaccination to our women, they are also giving anti-fertility.

�A socioculturally acceptable alternative�

Word has spread in the developing world of these documented cases, but these stories are dismissed as rumor by the United Nations and World Health Organization. Vaccination has been met with increased resistance across many developing countries. UNICEF reports from Ethiopia that, �All sorts of misguided rumours go round that the injections will sterilize them or harm them in some way. But here, the village elders are on board. They are here, encouraging the women to come along.�

Edible vaccines, according to the Indian Journal of Medical Microbiology, will be a more socioculturally acceptable alternative to needles. In other words, people will be less resistant to eating a mundane banana than taking a shot in the arm. The Journal states that new edible vaccine technology may serve a dual purpose of birth control. As stated,

�Edible vaccines hold great promise as a cost-effective, easy-to-administer, easy-to-store, fail-safe and socioculturally readily acceptable vaccine delivery system, especially for the poor developing countries� A variety of delivery systems have been developed. Initially thought to be useful only for preventing infectious diseases, it has also found application in prevention of autoimmune diseases, birth control, cancer therapy, etc.�

The journal points out that, �There is growing acceptance of transgenic crops in both industrial and developing countries,� and that, �Resistance to genetically modified foods may affect the future of edible vaccines.� Indeed, GM foods are increasingly being presented as a solution to world hunger and food crises.

Will edible vaccines be used as a tool for birth control in the developing countries? The ability to do so has been demonstrated, and the agenda for population reduction and control has been admitted by the billionaire philanthropists who�s foundations are involved with developing the technology.

My Personal Journey into Lawful Rebellion

Without doubt, this is the most important article I have ever written. It is a personal record of how events and people have inspired and guided me towards what I firmly believe is now the only effective, non-violent strategy left for humanity if we are to avoid enslavement by a tiny, but powerful, Criminal Global Elite who masquerade as the �New World Order�.

Everyday, in ever increasing numbers, good and decent people are waking up and realising the truth about what we are really facing and are now seeking guidance as to how to lead their lives without fear, whilst contributing in a non-violent and positive way to expose and defeat this tiny minority who seek to rule through fear and deception.

One curious incident did happen to me which gave me my first inkling that things were not quite what they seem. Over breakfast, my Uncle, who was at that time a Director of the Bank of England, suddenly interrupted our general conversation and asked me what I was going to do for a career. Before I had time to answer properly, he said �Whatever you do in life, always remember these two things - never believe everything you read in the papers, because we control them, and never believe politicians when they say they can do something, because they can�t unless we say they can!�

Designed to fail:

The simple and brutal truth is that the United Nations is designed deliberately NOT to work properly � it does not want to help in the most effective way possible the poorest nations in the world when they are faced by massive humanitarian problems. The Malthusian mindset of the Criminal Global Elite does not want the United Nations to find genuine solutions to help save the lives of people they consider to be �useless eaters�. After so many years of being politely listened to and then totally ignored and stonewalled by UN diplomats and bureaucrats, I realised that the world�s poor will only find true justice and real quality of life when we have exposed and brought down the House of Cards that makes up the Criminal Global Elite (or New World Order as it is known in some quarters) � along with their cunningly devised and totally controlled United Nations.

Our health in �Their� hands:

Cancer Research UK, and all the many other cancer research charities that exist in the world today, will only look at research that involves chemotherapy, radiotherapy, genetherapy and good old fashioned surgery. If their �treatments� don�t involve butchery, then they involve poisoning or radiating your body to such an extent that your immune system becomes shattered and healthy cells will be massacred along with the cancerous ones. The myriad of charities and research institutions that make up the �Cancer Industry� exist only to support the profits of the Criminal Global Elite controlled pharmaceutical industries. The simple truth is that there are cures for cancer but we are not allowed to know about them!

Feed into any search engine the name of Dr Royal Raymond Rife and find out about his incredible use of using harmless wavelengths or electronic resonance to destroy the cancer cells whilst leaving the cancer patient�s healthy cells and immune system totally intact. This was done way back in the 1930s with incredible results but the Global Elite�s backlash saw to it that his medical breakthrough (involving treatment costing only a tiny fraction of what is spent on pharmaceutical research and treatments) never became a part of mainstream medicine.

And what about B17, sometimes known as Laetrile that comes from simple apricot kernels? Do you know about Essiac Tea? Or Miracle Mineral Supplement? Or Colloidal Silver even? And what do Salvestrols do? You probably don�t know unless you were fortunate enough to have come across them on the internet or heard about them from people who had the courage to turn their backs on conventional profit led medicine to take up these extremely safe alternatives.

Why don�t the Cancer Research Charities spend some of our donations testing the efficacy of these apparent cures? The answer is horribly simple. There are no big profits to be made out of our ill health by going down the path of so-called �Alternative Medicine�. The criminal mindset of the Global Elite is firmly in control of our medical establishment.

Seeking out the Real Truth about 9/11:

By January 2005 the British campaign to expose the real truth about 9/11 spluttered into life. MPs were lobbied and sent persuasive evidence that would make any ordinary decent person think twice about the official 9/11 narrative. But not our wonderful MPs! Nearly all of them elected to show no interest at all and totally ignored our approaches. There were three exceptions.

Unfortunately, despite British soldiers taking casualties in two unlawful wars which were both triggered by the events of 9/11, these three MPs have chosen, no doubt for political safety reasons, not to ask any difficult questions about the actual events of 9/11 in the House of Commons. And just to make matters even more confusing for all our elected representatives, compelling evidence is increasingly coming to light that the attacks in London on 7/7 were simply part of this �False Flag� strategy to drive forward this criminal global agenda to make us agree to surrender more and more of our civil liberties whilst engineering unlawful wars for huge profits for the Criminal Global Elite.

Did you know that a powerful hurricane was just out to sea off New York on the morning of September 11th 2001? If you didn�t, then welcome to a completely new look at the events of 9/11!

No steel framed building anywhere in the world has ever collapsed due to fire � except buildings 1, 2 and 7 at the World Trade Center. Both the Twin Towers collapsed at almost free fall speed whilst WTC7, a 47 storey office block, took just a fraction over six seconds to come down. Where was the resistance, as the complete collapses came into contact with the largely undamaged and unaffected parts of the buildings?

The global 9/11 Truth movement has been influenced in recent years by the work of Dr Steven Jones. To explain how the Towers came down in such a dramatic and incredibly fast moving way, he is telling people that this was as a result of controlled demolition, with the using of carefully positioned advanced thermite explosives which are capable of cutting through massive steel supporting columns in seconds. On the surface this seems almost believable until you hear about Hurricane Erin, the pictures of partially toasted cars and the absence of any real rubble pile after the collapses of the North and South Towers.

And the personality of Dr Jones is interesting too. He is a senior practising Mormon (The Mormon Church is recognised by some key researchers, including David Icke, as being an integral part of the Criminal Global Elite) and, as a scientist researching Cold Fusion at Brigham Young University, he has been accused by some of spoiling a potentially exciting breakthrough in Cold Fusion back in 1989.

So what is the physical evidence that could, if taken seriously, turn the scientific community upside down and put an end to the world�s manufactured and contrived energy crises? If you visit the website of former professor of mechanical engineering, Dr Judy Wood, and this page in particular, you will see pictures of partially toasted cars, other vehicles upturned and flipped over, steel distorted in incredible ways and, most weird of all, the physical evidence that the Towers were not just brought down, they were simply pulverised using incredible energy into dust. Certainly, the rubble piles are ridiculously small for such incredibly tall buildings.

The physical evidence would seem to suggest that some sort of �Black Technology� Directed Energy Weapon or Beam Weapon was used. If this all sounds far fetched, just look again with a completely open mind at the pictures. Buildings that collapse, even after controlled demolition, always leave a considerable rubble pile. Again, even with the type of controlled demolition envisaged by Dr Jones, you would not have partially toasted or upturned vehicles nor would you have steel being distorted in such peculiar ways. And what about the reported �cold� fires near some of the toasted vehicles which don�t seem to ignite paper and which firemen were able to walk through. All very strange stuff!

And the strangest of all - Hurricane Erin - the 9/11 meteorological happening that nobody knows about or even wants to talk about. Not only is the path of the hurricane interesting, but when the Twin Towers in New York collapsed, magnetic anomalies were picked up by magnetometers in Alaska at exactly the same time.

If she is proved to be correct with her observations and findings, the implications to Dr Wood�s work are enormous. Certainly, to open minded scientists who know of the work and findings of maverick inventor John Hutchison, what she has observed and commented on fits in very well with his �Hutchison effect� which, in turn, stems from his work into the discoveries of genius scientist and inventor, Nikola Tesla.

The way forward becomes clearer:

Another major issue that has extremely serious consequences for all of us and which the Criminal Global Elite are using as a major staging post towards their dream of global governance is the European Union.

One moment it was the EEC, then, suddenly, the men in grey suits were talking about a political Union. The EU was born and with it the unelected and unaccountable, all powerful EU Commission, backed up by a feeble and impotent EU Parliament. Today, something like 80% of our laws affecting our daily lives originate from this Commission and this trend will continue to rise as the EU slowly, but surely, removes all vestiges of our abilities to make our own laws through our own Parliament. And will the British people be allowed another referendum to confirm or deny this new arrangement whereby we give away all our rights to an Orwellian Superstate? Of course not, that would fly in the face of the hidden agenda that has been in existence since the end of the Second World War. Look at poor old Ireland. The Irish give a resounding �No� to the Lisbon Treaty, a treaty that will beef up and legitimise even further the EU�s stature and decision making process, and, what happens, they are told to vote again until they get it �right�!

Everywhere you look we are being increasingly monitored and checked up on by those who seek to control us. We have more CCTV cameras than anywhere else in Europe. Why? Traffic Wardens have now been re-designated Civil Enforcement Officers with new sweeping powers. Why? We have dirty hospitals where killer bugs are at large because simple commonsense cleaning procedures had been ignored. Why?

Something deeply nasty is going on. An agenda is being carried out to the detriment of ordinary decent people and the conclusion has to be that it is extremely sinister. After my experience with the cancer industry, I now know for a fact that effective treatments, indeed cures, are being deliberately suppressed.

We are currently seeing the scare that Swine Flu is causing throughout the world though at the time of writing it is the fear rather than the flu itself that seems to be doing the damage.

However, deliberate attacks on the human body and the human mind are ongoing and taking place under the guise of safe medical practice such as the unpleasant cocktails of chemicals that make up vaccinations, including mercury, and the expansion of fluoride in our drinking water.

In addition, food additives, such as aspartame, and the effects of high frequency radio waves from phone masts and mobile phones are clearly detrimental to our health but the medical evidence is always ignored in case it damages the huge profits being made at our expense. And if this wasn�t enough, we have Chemtrails, the evidence for which is now overwhelming. What is it that �they� are secretly spraying up there in the skies and for what purpose?

Another attack on the human condition is coming in the shape of Genetically Modified (GM) Crops. What is being planned will eventually lead to the demise of natural organic food production. Ian Crane, one of Britain�s key researchers into the activities of the Criminal Global Elite, has spent the last three years warning the world about the long term effects of a little known collection of internationally recognized standards, codes of practice, guidelines and other recommendations relating to foods, food production and food safety known collectively as Codex Alimentarius.

The Whole Truth Coalition:

In the Spring of 2008, it was now quite clear to those of us who could see this much bigger picture that time was running out and that simply sticking to the single issue of �False Flag Terrorism�, whilst extremely important in itself, was not going to create the grassroots momentum needed to frustrate and stop the Criminal Global Elite�s agenda for Britain and the world. Something had to be done and done quickly. What was needed was an effective on-line information clearing house that also encouraged people to think about starting local �Truth Groups� in their neighbourhoods.

The political situation we have today:

Everywhere you look, decent and honest citizens are coming under attack. In the developed world, not only are the Criminal Global Elite taking away our freedoms but they are deliberately damaging our health as well as engineering enormous debt to control and subdue our future actions and capabilities. Decent families with young children are increasingly coming under enormous strain and, in many cases, are falling apart from the effects of ill health and financial stress. And for the so-called developing world, it is even worse, much worse, as a further massive Malthusian cull of the world�s population is imminent and may well be underway � the �useless eaters� have to be dealt with! The evidence is there for all to see. There are now so many dots that you don�t even have to join them up. Like digital pixels, you just have to look at the picture they make.

Very powerful people in banking, politics, industry and the media, along with elements of some of the bloodline European royal families, meet behind closed doors to set agendas and to brief those �useful idiots� who will carry them out. This is, quite simply, undemocratic.

So what�s the answer to rid ourselves of this corrupt and criminal political system that we, the people, have allowed to take root? Quite simply, Lawful Rebellion!

Last year, when my fellow co-founders of the Whole Truth Coalition were drawing up the organisation�s aspirations and plans, I wrote that our endeavours should result in there being, in 2010, a Great British Tax Revolt. The argument I put forward then was very simple:

�If we refuse to pay our taxes and simply walk away in our thousands, we will jam the courts. Our case would be completely clear cut. In our name, senior members of our elected government are actively taking part in, or are being deliberately compliant to, treasonous and illegal activities.�

I believe, and still do, that this is a very simple and effective proposition, but it would have involved people having to make the grave and conscious decision to break the law and to take the judicial consequences of their actions. What I know now, one year on, is that we can lawfully withhold our taxes and that this is the way forward to success and final victory over the Criminal Global Elite.

There are two types of law that currently govern us here in the UK. The first is Common Law or the Law of the Land which, through our birthright and Magna Carta of 1215, we are all answerable to and supported by. Simply put, if you commit a breach of the peace, or employ mischief in your agreements, or cause harm or loss to anyone, then you are answerable to Common Law. The second type of law, Statute Law, is not quite so straightforward and is often known by other names such as Admiralty, Fleet, Commercial or Civil Law and is referred to as the Law of the Sea.

Unknown to nearly every person in the country, when we are born, something else is born with us, namely a �Legal Fiction�. This is, in fact, our birth certificate and National Insurance number. Or put another way, when we are born, a new corporate entity or company is created at the same time using our name on the birth certificate. Unknown to all of us except those who understand how the deception works, each one of us at birth is created a shareholder of United Kingdom plc. When something is addressed to you, and your name is all in CAPITAL letters, or has �Mr�, �Mrs� or �Ms� in front of it, they are not writing to you as a living, breathing human being with a soul, but to your �Legal Fiction�. Simply put, when they are demanding taxes from you, or demanding your presence in court under an alleged breach of Statute Law, or arranging for your loans, mortgages or other banking services, they are, in fact, writing not to the human being, but to the �Legal Fiction� or �Person� that uses your name.

What is a Statute?

Put simply if you live peaceably, you will not violate Common Law. And you will not, therefore, end up in court charged with breaking Common Law.

Consequently, if you end up in court, it will be because you violated a Statute.

(And therefore you did not need to end up in court, as you will see if you read on. So, in essence, if a peaceful person ever actually ends up in court, it was because they simply did not know their rights)

A Statute is the final result of a Bill placed before Parliament. If the Bill is passed by Parliament, it becomes an Act of Parliament. Upon receipt of the Royal Assent it becomes a Statute.

Now, in a well-ordered society, we assume our elected representatives create our Parliament and make our laws.

And this is where the Grand Deception starts.

A Statute is a rule created by a representative governing body of a society designed to create common goals, which carries the force of law by the consent of the governed.

Hold on to the thought �� by the consent of the governed�, because that is a crucial thought.

A Statute only carries the force of law upon you if you consent to it. If you do not give your consent, a Statute cannot affect you in any way whatsoever.

And the courts know this. You may not, but they certainly do.

And the last thing they will do is tell you. In point of fact they will hide this from you at every opportunity.

On the other hand, if you tell them, they will accept it because they know it is actually true.

This is the Grand Deception.

Does this mean that you can break the law with impunity? The careful answer to that is �No�, because that is a sloppy question. �The law� is Common Law, and you can�t break that (without consequences).

The question should have been �Does this mean you can violate a Statute with impunity?� The answer to that is �Yes� because a Statute is not the law. It is, in reality, nothing more than Company Policy. And, if you decide not to work for a particular company, its �policy� does not in any way affect you.

Think of it this way. You go to work for a Supermarket Chain. You will be given a handbook of company rules. While in their employ you must follow these rules or be sacked. You either accept such rules, or don�t work for that company. But, if you don�t work for them, the rules don�t apply to you.

So how do you avoid such rules? Don�t work for the Supermarket Chain. Leave the company, �the society�. Work for some other company whose rules you can accept.

OR BECOME �SELF-EMPLOYED�, and make your own �Company rules�!

You can become Self-employed in terms of a �lawful, sovereign, peaceful human being entirely responsible for their own actions and not having to take any notice whatsoever of company policy issued as Statute by a nannying (and thoroughly, utterly corrupt) Board of Directors aka MPs, with one who calls himself Prime Minister aka Managing Director, or one who calls herself Queen aka Chairwoman�.

The Obama administration�s new Cybersecurity system will only make the Internet more vulnerable to attack, while creating the framework for a massively upgraded government surveillance grid that will control and regulate every aspect of our daily lives through the implementation of �smart� technology.

Obama�s announcement of the new cybersecurity grid dovetails with a recently introduced Senate bill, the Cybersecurity Act of 2009, that would hand the president the power to shut down the entire Internet in the event of a �cybersecurity� crisis.
�The bill�s draft states that �the president may order a cybersecurity emergency and order the limitation or shutdown of Internet traffic� and would give the government ongoing access to �all relevant data concerning (critical infrastructure) networks without regard to any provision of law, regulation, rule, or policy restricting such access,� reports Raw Story.

The legislation would allow the government to tap into any digital aspect of every citizen�s information without a warrant. Banking, business and medical records would be wide open to inspection, as well as personal instant message and e mail communications.

This is President Bush�s warrantless wiretapping program on steroids, yet the reaction from the liberal left has been muted to say the least.

One of the bill�s authors, Democratic Sen. Jay Rockefeller of West Virginia, admitted that the bill was about more than just military or intelligence concerns. �It is a lot more than that. It suddenly gets into the realm of traffic lights and rail networks and water and electricity,� said Rockefeller.

Essentially, this is the framework within which every aspect of our lives will be managed and regulated by a gargantuan government bureaucracy designed to control and shape every aspect of our behavior through our dependence on technology.

The Cybersecurity grid will also be an upgrade of the pervasive snoop network that has already been operating under NSA auspices for decades.

During a speech last week on �cybersecurity,� Obama told a whopper. He said the government�s effort to protect us from cyber bad guys �will not include monitoring private sector networks or Internet traffic. We will preserve and protect the personal privacy and civil liberties that we cherish as Americans.�

Is it possible Obama has never heard of Mark Klein, the retired AT&T communications technician who said years ago that the company shunted all Internet traffic � including traffic from peering links connecting to other Internet backbone providers � to semantic traffic analyzers, installed in a secret room inside the AT&T central office on Folsom Street in San Francisco? There are similar rooms in Seattle, San Jose, Los Angeles and San Diego, all sucking up internet data.

Klein explained that the multinational corporation is doing this at the behest of the NSA. It is �vacuum-cleaner surveillance� approach that grabs everything. �Despite what we are hearing, and considering the public track record of [the Bush] administration, I simply do not believe their claims that the NSA�s spying program is really limited to foreign communications or is otherwise consistent with the NSA�s charter or with FISA [the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act],� said Klein in 2006.

Compulsory vaccinations for the UK

Throughout the UK, USA, Australia and other Western nations, it has long been a struggle for any parent to resist recommended vaccinations being administered to their children. Schools for example may refuse enrolment to unvaccinated children but if a parent strongly apposes the vaccination of their children, they have always had the freedom to deny such action, even if it means extraordinary measures such as home schooling.

This freedom however, looks set to be challenged in the UK.

New law introduced by the backdoor in January this year obliges the Secretary of State for Health to implement any recommendations of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation.

Under the new law, the JCVI is now asking:

what exactly �right� meant [under the new NHS constitution] with respect to the right of a child to receive a vaccine when their parents were opposed to vaccination and
how the constitution affected the recommendations of the JCVI with respect to legal challenge.

In other words, if a parent does not want a child vaccinated but the JCVI have recommended all children be vaccinated, the JCVI are asking can their recommendation be challenged by the parent. It would seem once they have their answer, they will decide whether or not to make their recommendation. This appears one step from compulsory vaccination for children regardless of parental views or concerns.

If the JCVI decide to make their recommendation, and a legal case ensues this might mean a Guardian is appointed by the State to represent the interests of the child and through the Guardian sue its own parents to insist on the �right� to be vaccinated as mandated by the JCVI. The parents would in effect be forced to defend the case against their own child brought through the Guardian to oppose their own child being vaccinated. Once the first case was decided, the matter would be settled in practical terms for all UK parents.

Thus the UK appears to be on the verge of �1984? style legislation and guidelines in which freedoms are taken away from citizens framed in terms of rights granted. And this has happened without political or public debate, scrutiny or democratic vote.

The newly published draft minutes for the JCVI in February disclose that the new status granted it by Health Minister Dawn Primarolo by executive order in January seem designed to tie up with unmentioned provisions in the new National Health Service Constitution.

According to the JCVI minutes the new NHS constitution states:

�You have the right to receive the vaccinations that the Joint Committee on Vaccinations and Immunisation recommend that you should receive under an NHS provided national immunisation programme.�
And:
�You should participate in important public health programmes such as vaccination.�

The JCVI is by law now a law unto itself and flexing its muscles despite a history of disregard for safety issues over the past 20 years and more.

It is unclear what ultimate responsibility the JCVI bears for its actions, or if any sanctions apply to it. CVI members have financial and professional associations with vaccine manufacturers. No action has been taken to curb this. Any ordinary concept of legality appears subverted, and power ceded to industry insiders.

Children Who Get Flu Vaccine Have Three Times Risk Of Hospitalization For Flu, Study Suggests

Here's some excerpts from a very interesting read, published in 1920 by Chas Higgins, titled Horrors of Vaccination Exposed and Illustrated - Petition to the President to abolish compulsory vaccination in army and navy.

Preface

Compulsory vaccination is an instance of a law which inflicts actual disease and possible death on the human body and propagates and disseminates deadly infections widely upon animals and mankind. This is surely a glaring instance of a law which is not based on wisdom or sanity and is a menace to health and security of humanity and the state.

The right of the individual to select any preferred system of medical treatment, whether with or without drugs, medicines and vaccines, is surely a clear inherent and reserved right, and cannot be legally or morally denied, but must be respected, defended and enforced by all Governments.

All compulsory vaccination should be abolished as being illegal and unconstitutional and more dangerous to public health and human life than natural disease, and therefore a medical outrage and crime upon the people.

Introduction

This little book on the Horrors of Compulsory Vaccination, its medical barbarism, and its moral and legal atrocity as a gross violation of basic personal rights, is dedicated and addressed to our esteemed President, Woodrow Wilson.

I first began this work as a simple letter of petition. But the importance and scope of the subject grew as I worked on it, and I concluded to expand the letter into a full illustration and demonstration of the horrors of compulsory vaccination, its failures, falsehoods, futilities and fatalities, which would be so thorough and convincing that it could not be disregarded.

Request to the President as Commander�in�Chief to abolish compulsory vaccination in Army and Navy and to pardon all men condemned by Court Martial for refusing coercive vaccination.

Compulsory vaccination is a serious danger to health and life, a grave medical malpractice and a gross violation of medical ethics and of the American principles of Inherent Natural Rights guaranteed in the Declaration and the Constitution.

In this medical malpractice of today the doctors do not open the veins and drain the life blood of the patient, ostensibly to cure his disease, as in the mistaken past, but they now keep this blood in the body and inject into it virulent diseases, blood poisons, germs, cultures or products with the idea of curing or preventing some natural disease.

These practices are called respectively, �vaccination� and �serum treatment.� In vaccination an actual living or dead disease germ or virus is injected, in serum or antitoxin treatment a disease product or culture.

Such curative or preventive power has been much exaggerated and is very limited and uncertain. But whatever the merits or demerits may be, it is obvious on fundamental principles of medical and civic ethics that such a dangerous and repugnant practice of disease inoculation and blood poisoning should not be made compulsory on any person for any excuse whatever.

Indeed, this modern vaccine system of medicine is so violent and dangerous that it has been frequently known to kill in from ten to fifteen minutes, after injection of serum, by what is known as �serum sickness,� which is a rapid blood and nerve poisoning. In other fatal cases, where the poisoning action is slower, death finally occurs from lockjaw, paralysis, meningitis or pneumonia, which are frequent results of vaccination. These fatal results are commonly concealed in death certificates by recording lockjaw, paralysis, meningitis or pneumonia as the sole and original cause of death without any record of the inflicted disease � vaccination.

In 1914, the death of about thirty children from vaccination was recorded in New York State. This child slaughter was the result of a general vaccination raid made upon schools in that year. Only three persons died from smallpox in the state the same year.

These deadly vaccinations were performed to satisfy an evil law by which vaccination is forced upon children as a condition for admission to school, thus making the infliction of a dangerous disease a condition for that most essential, inalienable right of education.

In a previous letter to the Secretary of War, dated October 14, 1918, I have pointed out the dangerous nature of vaccination, particularly during epidemics, and the hygienic importance of suspending all vaccination during our recent epidemic of influenza and pneumonia.

I also then called attention to the probability that the repeated and multiple vaccinations of millions of men, in this country and Europe, with various septicemic infections for the last two years, may have had some relation to this epidemic, which seems to have been more severe among the vaccinated men in the military camps and hospitals than among the rest of the population.

From the rapidity, severity and mortality of this disease, it would seem not to be a true influenza as its worst cases are characterized by septic pneumonia, with abscesses in the lungs. This suspicion is strengthened by the fact that the chief germ found in the fatal cases is the �streptococcus,� which is found in the worst forms of blood poisoning or �septicemia.� The act of ordinary vaccination is in itself, an act of blood poisoning, pure and simple. It is also classed in medical and statistical works as a form of �septicemia� and one disease germ commonly found in vaccine virus is the streptococcus, which is the chief germ found in all bad pus infections and abscess formations.

Therefore, as the act of vaccination is simply the impregnation of the body and blood with a pus infection identical with �septicemia�, and this process has been repeated in tens of thousands of men closely massed in camps, should it be any wonder if an epidemic of some sort of �septicemia� should crop out at some time under such conditions?

Is it physically or medically possible to go on sowing and spreading some known and unknown septic diseases at wholesale, within human bodies, without reaping some big harvest of deadly septic diseases as a necessary consequence?

A slick FBI informant roped four Muslim converts into a horrific terror plot to blow up synagogues and military jets by handing them piles of cash and gifts and even bags of weed, relatives of the suspects said today.

"Brother whatever you need, I will get it for you," said the man who the four petty thieves knew as Maqsood, according to Kathleen Baynes, whose long-time boyfriend, James Cromitie is alleged to be the ringleader of the plot.

"He was just constantly around. It was like he was stalking him."

"Maqsood wasn't even allowed inside the mosque, he waited in the parking lot for them and offered them $25,000 to join."

Sources say Maqsood was really Shahed Hussain -- a Pakistani native who runs hotels upstate and has worked for the FBI since 2003 after getting into trouble in a fraud case. He played an integral role in unraveling another terror-related case in Albany in 2004.

The Day of the Dead

As the plane was on the approach to John Wayne airport, the Captain came on the intercom to remind us all to "remember our brave troops who have died for our freedom." Even in this post 9-11 paranoid paradigm, if I wasn't belted in for landing, I would have popped out of my seat at 13D and charged up to the cockpit to let the pilot know that my son was killed in Iraq and not one person anywhere in this world is one iota more free because he is dead.

As a matter of fact, the people of Iraq, the foreign country thousands of miles away where my oldest child's brains, blood and life seeped into the soil, are not freer, unless one counts being liberated from life, liberty and property being free. If you consider torture and indefinite detention freedom, then the pilot may have been right, but then again, even if you do consider those crimes freedom, it does not make it so.

Here in America we are definitely not freer because my son died, as a matter of fact, our nation can spy on us and our communications without a warrant or just cause, and we can't even bring a 3.6 ounce bottle of hand cream into an airport, or walk through a metal detector with our shoes on. Even if we do want to exercise our Bill of Rights, we are shoved into pre-designated "free speech" zones (NewSpeak for; STFU, unless you are well out of the way of what you want to protest and shoved into pens like cattle being led to slaughter), and oftentimes brutally treated if we decide we are entitled to "free speech" on every inch of American soil.

A tough, but real, aspect of this all to consider is, how many of the soldiers buried in coffins in military cemeteries killed or tortured innocent people as paid goons for the Empire? To me, it is deeply and profoundly sad on so many levels. If I have any consolation through all of this, I learned that my son bravely refused to go on the mission that killed him, but he was literally dragged into the vehicle and was dead minutes later - before he was forced to do something that was against his nature and nurture.

Casey will always be my hero, but he was a victim of US Imperialism and his death should bring shame, not pride, as it did not bring freedom to anyone. I will, of course, mourn his senseless death on Memorial Day as I do every day.

However, we do not need another day here in America to glorify war that enables the Military Industrial Complex to commit its crimes under the black cloak of "Patriotism."

From Palestine to Africa to South America, our quest for global economic domination kills, sickens, maims or oppresses people on a daily basis, and about 25,000 children per day die of starvation. I am not okay with these facts and I am not proud of my country.

FBI Blows It: AGAIN!

Once again we see a manufactured threat "taken down" to great media fanfare. Once again, behind the headlines and flashbulbs, a bogus, ginned up "entrapment of dumbest" case emerges.

A scary terrorist plot is announced. Then it's revealed that the suspects are a hapless bunch of ne'er-do-wells or run-of-the-mill thugs without the slightest connection to any terrorists at all, never mind to Al Qaeda. Finally, the last piece of the puzzle: the entire plot is revealed to have been cooked up by a scummy government agent-provocateur.

In this case, the alleged perps -- Onta Williams, James Cromitie, David Williams, and Laguerre Payen -- were losers, ex-cons, drug addicts. Al Qaeda they're not. Without the assistance of the agent who entrapped them, they would never have dreamed of committing political violence, nor would they have had the slightest idea about where to acquire plastic explosives or a Stinger missile. That didn't stop prosecutors from acting as if they'd captured Osama bin Laden himself.

Actually, it's hard to imagine a stupider, less competent, and less important plot. The four losers were ensnared by a creepy FBI agent who hung around the mosque in upstate New York until he found what he was looking for.

So a creepy thug buttonholes people at a mosque, foaming at the mouth about violence and jihad? This is law enforcement?

Preying on these losers, none of whom were apparently actual Muslims, the "confidential informant" orchestrated the acquisition of a disabled Stinger missile to shoot down military planes and cooked up a wild scheme about attacking a Jewish center in the Bronx.

Despite the pompous statements from Mayor Bloomberg of New York and other politicians, including Representative Peter King, the whole story is bogus. The four losers may have been inclined to violence, and they may have harbored a virulent strain of anti-Semitism. But it seems that the informant whipped up their violent tendencies and their hatred of Jews, cooked up the plot, incited them, arranged their purchase of weapons, and then had them busted. To ensure that it made headlines, the creepy informant claimed to be representing a Pakistani extremist group, Jaish-e Muhammad, a bona fide terrorist organization. He wasn't, of course.

It is disgusting and outrageous that the FBI is sending provocateurs into mosques.

The headlines reinforce the very fear that Dick Cheney is trying to stir up. The story strengthens the narrative that the "homeland" is under attack. It's not.

To ensure obscene profits continue flowing unabated to the criminal benefactors of the swine flu scam, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has authorized the re-packaging and re-sale of 1.6 million out of date courses, from Government stockpiles.

In 2005, President Bush warned that up to 2 million Americans would die from the avian flu pandemic. The US ordered 20 million courses of the Tamiflu drug, amounting to $2 billion.

Tamiflu is brought to us by the makers of the Iraq war. Long time board member and one time chairman of Gilead Sciences Inc, Donald Rumsfeld, still holds millions in Gilead shares, the company who owns the intellectual property rights to Tamiflu, marketed by Hoffman-La Roche.

I�m not an expert in anything, just a collator of info, but when the info is collated, it paints a very interesting picture. In chronological order, here�s what I�ve found.

Executive Summary

1976: Swine influenza kills one person in the US, vaccine kills 25 and paralyses 500 people.

1977: Two flu virus subtypes are found circulating the world population. Before that year, it was believed that only one human subtype circulated each flu season.

2004: At request of World Health Organization (WHO), US Center for Disease Control (CDC), start work on producing a combination of the deadly avian H5N1 virus with the highly transmittable human H3N2 virus. Apparently, WHO wants to develop evidence for warnings of pandemic doom. WTF?

2005: H5N1 infected swine found in Surabaya Indonesia. Although the virus genes were sequenced they were never publicly released and it was suspected WHO withheld them in their private database. The only human H5N1 sequence from Indonesia published at the time showed a novel HA cleavage site, it is common to find novel sequences in swine H5N1.

2009, Feb: A contaminated product mix of H3N2 and live H5N1 escapes Baxter International laboratory in Austria.

2009, Jan � March (financial first quarter): British and Japanese governments stockpile Relenza.

2009, April: First cases of human swine influenza detected in Mexico and the US. CDC states (April 23) testing of infections in the US shows the virus contains North American swine influenza, North American avian influenza, human influenza and Asian/European swine influenza.

It is reported that the isolates of influenza virus obtained in the outbreak have proven to be resistant to the adamantane antivirals, but susceptible to oseltamivir (Tamiflu) and zanamivir (Relenza).

2009, April 30: Researchers are perplexed on two fronts;

Why are viral RNA sequences for all affected US states now published, while no info is forth coming from Mexico where out break preceded the US by weeks?
Published info for US now omits any reference to avian influenza.

2009, May 1: It appears we may never know why the swine flu proved exclusively deadly to Mexicans as viral RNA sequences from that country continues to be withheld; meanwhile deposited (published) isolates from other countries amass unabated.

General info on Human Influenza:

Influenza viruses of two subtypes, H1N1 and H3N2, have been causing respiratory infections in humans since 1977. Before that year, it was believed that only one human subtype circulated each flu season. How did this unusual situation come about?

Major changes in the surface glycoproteins of influenza virus - called antigenic shift - lead to worldwide epidemics of influenza known as pandemics. There have been six instances of antigenic shift since 1889. In that year, H2N2 viruses circulated, followed by H3N8 in 1900, H1N1 in 1918, H2N2 in 1957, H3N2 in 1968, and H1N1 in 1977. Each pandemic strain carries HA and NA proteins that have been absent in humans for many years, and therefore immunity is either very low or nonexistent.

Influenza viruses of the H3N2 subtype were still circulating in humans in May of 1977 when H1N1 viruses were isolated in China and then Russia. Comparing viral RNA of one 1977 H1N1 isolate, with RNA from a virus isolated in 1950, found to researcher�s surprise, the two were closely related.

Why were the two viral genomes so similar? If the H1N1 viruses had been replicating in an animal host for 27 years, far more genetic differences would have been identified.

The authors suggested several possibilities, but only one is compelling:

The virus was frozen in a laboratory freezer since 1950, and was released, either by intent or accident, in 1977. This possibility has been denied by Chinese and Russian scientists, but remains to this day the only scientifically plausible explanation. link

A Plan for Pandemic

One of the worst fears of infectious disease experts is that the H5N1 avian influenza virus now circulating in parts of Asia will combine with a human-adapted flu virus to create a deadly new flu virus that could spread around the world.

Showing little ability to spread from person to person, a fear is that a hybrid could combine the killing power of the avian virus with the transmissibility of human flu viruses.

Now, rather than waiting to see if nature spawns such a hybrid, US scientists are planning to try to breed one themselves�in the name of preparedness.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will soon launch experiments designed to combine the H5N1 virus and human flu viruses and then see how the resulting hybrids affect animals. The goal is to assess the chances that such a "reassortant" virus will emerge and how dangerous it might be.

One plan is to infect cells in a laboratory tissue culture with avian (H5N1) and human (H3N2). Any viable viruses that emerge from this process will be seeded into animals that are considered good models for testing how flu viruses behave in humans.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has been "pleading" for laboratories to do this research, because it could provide some evidence to back up the agency's warnings about the risk of a flu pandemic. link

Swine to Human H5N1Transmission in Indonesia?

Among the confirmed deaths on Wednesday was a 38-year-old catering businesswoman from Surabaya who had dealt with live pigs and pork meat before she died last week.

The above comments on a confirmed death in Surabaya are cause for concern. Last year H5N1 infected swine were identified in Surabaya. Reports indicated that all eight genes had been sequenced in Japan, and the sequence included a polybasic cleavage site. Although the sequence was generated over a year ago, it has not been made public via deposition at the public database at GenBank or Los Alamos. Instead it is almost certainly being withheld in the WHO private database.

Only one human H5N1 sequence has been deposited from Indonesia. That sequences has a novel HA cleavage site which is not found in any sequence at GenBank. However, a recent report suggested that the novel sequence was in human isolates from Indonesia as well as a cat isolate from Indonesia.

Novel sequences are common in swine H5N1, in part because there are a limited number of such sequences. link

Baxter International confirms contaminated flu virus material was released from its plant in Austria.

The contaminated product, a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses and unlabelled live H5N1 avian viruses, was supplied to an Austrian research company. The Austrian firm, Avir Green Hills Biotechnology, then sent portions of it to sub-contractors in the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Germany.

The contamination incident came to light when the subcontractor in the Czech Republic inoculated ferrets with the product and they died. Ferrets shouldn�t die from exposure to human H3N2 flu viruses. link

The first known cases of human swine flu infection in the US � 2009, were found around San Diego and San Antonio, cities that are 3000 kilometers apart. Except for a family pairing and two school mates, there appeared to be no links among the cases.

Editor�s note: Strange indeed given that contact (linking), is a pre requisite for the spread of viral infection.

Initial data from genetic sequencing revealed a seemingly unique influenza A virus of the H1N1 subtype made up of a distinctive mix of swine, bird and human flu virus genes. There have been no reports of this virus in pigs, said Dr. Marie Gramer, a swine flu expert with the University of Minnesota's college of veterinary medicine. "It doesn't seem to be very similar to anything that is currently circulating, from what I have," said Gramer, who has an extensive library of swine flu virus isolates. link

Sequences of viral RNAs from 20 swine flu isolates have now been posted on the NCBI website. Included are isolates from California, Texas, New York, Ohio, Kansas, and Germany.

It is difficult to understand why RNA sequences of none of the Mexican isolates have been posted, which would enable us to determine if the viruses in that country are different from the others.

Editor�s note: �difficult to understand� wouldn�t be my words, deeply suspicious, might be appropriate.

CDC: ��the HA, PB2, PB1, PA, NP, NS genes contain gene segments from influenza viruses isolated from swine in North America, while the NA and M genes are most closely related to corresponding genes from influenza viruses isolated in swine population in Eurasia.

It is curious that CDC originally asserted that the new swine influenza virus inherited genes from human, pig, and bird viruses. The sequence information now available indicates a very different origin for these viruses. link

Conclusion

The CDC alleges that strains from Mexico and elsewhere are all �very, very similar�. So why were the Mexican sequences never released, if there was nothing to hide? Its past the point of no return now, after such a period of concealment (totally unique to Mexico only), even if they produce the info in future, it would have to be considered dubious.

Disinfecting Swine

Australia enacts new laws overnight extending mandatory detention authority over citizens or visitors who may be suspected of being virally infected.

The Federal Government has increased its powers of surveillance, detention and disinfection to combat swine flu as the official death toll in Mexico is revised down from 20 to 7. I can see Daleks hovering everywhere screaming disinfect, dis in fect!

Health Minister Nicola Roxon says she has no intention of forcibly detaining or isolating people, but has nevertheless sought the extra powers just in case. I believe her, our government really care, right?

Governor-General Quentin Bryce consented to the sweeping new quarantine powers for health officials. I wonder, armed health officials? Doesn�t matter if its law, Doc says quarantine and armed thugs, call them police if you will, enforce. I guess it will be out of the question to decline vaccinations under detention.

Headlines around the globe continue to elevate the swine flu death toll in Mexico. Currently the figure is 152. There are some instances, but rarely do these news bites accurately report this toll as "believed" or "suspected". Even more elusive in the media, the actual number of confirmed deaths, 20. That�s right, 130 deaths are believed, suspected, possibly related to swine flu. Swine flu, first detected March 18 may be deadly in some cases, but how many people die from regular, every day flu variants annually around the world? The answer, according to World Health Organization (WHO) is between 250,000 to 500,000 per year.

Does it seem weird, 20 confirmed deaths have effectively seen the streets of Mexico City deserted? That is with the exception of wandering, machine gun wielding military personnel.

President Barack Obama gave a speech at the National Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City on April 16, 2009. He was received by archaeologist Felipe Solis who later died from "flu like symptoms". CBS news

Apparently Obama continues to enjoy good health; perhaps he was all dosed up with Tamiflu. It has been reported that the Roche Company�s Tamiflu and the Australian developed inhalant alternative Relenza, are effective in treating and preventing the swine flu.

It would appear that the Melbourne based licensing partner for Relenza, shares the same good fortune to that of President Obama. During the first three months of 2009, Relenza sales unexpectedly exceeded sales for the entire previous year by four times, something to do with stockpiling by the Japanese and British governments. US Congressman Ron Paul, also a physician, says in 1976 there was a vote on swine flu. Back then there was a Pan A that was said would sweep the nation. The government was going to inoculate everyone and save the world. Ron Paul and one other voted against it. The flu came and went, one person died from it but 25 died from the vaccine. U.S. lawmakers are pushing through plans to force Americans claiming welfare benefits to submit to random drug testing.

Supporters claim the tests will ensure that taxpayer�s money will not be wasted paying for people�s illegal drug habits. Those on drugs will be denied payments.

Lawmakers in eight states are considering bills that require jobless residents receiving food stamps, unemployment payments or other welfare benefits to be drug free.

�Nobody�s being forced into these assistance programs,� said West Virginia Republican Craig Blair. �If so many jobs require random drug tests these days, why not these benefits?�

Video reveals G20 police assault on man who died

Ian Tomlinson, the man who died at last week's G20 protests in London, was attacked from behind and thrown to the ground by a baton-wielding police officer in riot gear.

The Guardian is preparing to hand a �dossier of evidence to the police �complaints watchdog. It sheds fresh light on the events �surrounding the death of the 47-year-old newspaper seller, who had been on his way home from work when he was confronted by lines of riot police near the Bank of England.

The film reveals that as he walks, with his hands in his pockets, he does not speak to the police or offer any resistance. A Metropolitan police officer appears to strike him with a baton, hitting him from behind on his upper thigh.

Moments later, the same policeman rushes forward and, using both hands, pushes Tomlinson in the back and sends him flying to the ground, where he �remonstrates with police who stand back, leaving bystanders to help him to his feet.

Moments after the assault on �Tomlinson was captured on video, he �suffered a heart attack and died.

Maricopa County Judge Gary Donahoe signed the search warrant that allowed at least ten cops to raid his home in North Phoenix on March 12 while handcuffing his female roommate for three hours as they tore the place apart.

Pataky, who was out of town on a business trip during the raid, also believes police were retaliating against him for the content of his blog, much of it which comes from inside sources within the department.

Never letting the truth get in the way of good headlines, main stream media has fed millions around the world; tales of evil protesters rampaging with violence and destruction during the G20 meeting in London and the NATO summit in Strasbourg.

If the truth be told, only police were responsible for acts of violence, and as for willful vandalism, these scenes were carefully staged with the blessing of authorities.

These tactics are not new; they are standard procedure for ensuring the messages behind peaceful protests don�t get heard. Its one thing to execute PSYOPs obscuring our reality, but quite another when innocent people die from this authoritarian thuggery.

During a demonstration against the G20 in London, thousands of protesters were trapped inside a police cordon (kettled) where they were baton charged and crushed by the police. A man died during this demonstration outside the Bank of England in London. Eyewitnesses have now released a statement and video.

Various participants in the City of London demonstrations on April 1st have come forward as witnesses to the collapse of a man. Four different university students witnessed the collapse of Mr. Tomlinson. "He stumbled towards us from the direction of police and protesters and collapsed," said Peter Apps. "I saw a demonstrator who was a first aider attend to the person who had collapsed.�

Natalie Langford, a student at Queen Mary, said "there was a police charge. A lot of people ran in our direction. The woman giving first aid stood in the path of the crowd." The running people, seeing a guy on the ground, went around them.

Another demonstrator had already called 999 and was getting medical advice from the ambulance dispatcher. "Four police with two police medics came. They told her [the first aider] to move along", said Peter Apps. "Then they pushed her forcibly away from him. They refused to listen to her [the first aider] when she tried to explain his condition."

The first aider said "The police surrounded the collapsed man. I was standing with the person who'd called 999. The ambulance dispatcher wanted to talk to the police, the phone was being held out to them, but the police refused."

Another witness added "we didn't see the police perform CPR."

Other people who had tried to stay with the collapsed man were also pushed away.

All of the witnesses deny the allegation that many missiles were thrown.

According to Peter Apps, "one bottle was thrown, but it didn't come close to the police. Nothing was thrown afterwards as other demonstrators told the person to stop. The person who threw the bottle probably didn't realize that someone was behind the ring of police." All the witnesses said that the demonstrators were concerned for the well-being of the collapsed man once they realized that there was an injured person.

Who Controls The Black Bloc Anarchists?

The British authorities seemed to have little problem with allowing a group of violent black bloc anarchists smash up the RBS building while provoking police yesterday, despite the group announcing their target in advance, yet a legitimate anti-poverty organization has had its �accreditation� to protest at the G20 removed on the orders of Downing Street.

The World Development Movement which was part of last weekend�s huge Put People First Alliance which held a rally in London, said the Foreign Office received a note from 10 Downing Street telling it to revoke the accreditation.

The black bloc anarchist assault on the Royal Bank of Scotland building certainly had an air of being stage-managed. The target was announced in advance, the authorities knew that the building was a prime target, and yet it was the only one in the street not boarded up. A cafe across the street was boarded up and yet the RBS building was left completely vulnerable to attack.

Cue a relatively small gaggle of black-bloc anarchists, followed by a similarly sized press corps to photograph every angle of every smashed window, and you have the makings of a stage-managed event to instantly be consumed by the watching middle classes thus enlisting their support for a police state crackdown. In this instance, the police stood back and let them do pretty much whatever they liked, which is highly suspicious within itself, but the week is far from over and a wider crackdown could ensue now that public acquiescence has been garnered through repeated footage showing the hostility of the anarchists.

This particular black bloc sect are at best completely infiltrated by provocateurs who can routinely be relied upon to provide the media with violent footage with which to demonize legitimate protesters at every major global summit stretching back nearly two decades.

Whenever someone asks them what they are actually proposing to replace the evils of capitalism, they have no idea. Meanwhile, people who actually have a defined cause and merely want to exercise their right to free speech as a public platform to draw attention to the issue, and have already proven they are a peaceable group, are barred from doing so by the government removing their �accreditation� to protest.

Democrat Scott Murphy, who is running in an election for Downstate New York, has been branded a �terrorist supporter� by Republican opponents for not supporting the death penalty.

Republican Paul Lindsay says:

�By opposing the death penalty for the terrorists who carried out the 9/11 attacks, it is abundantly clear that Murphy is unable or unwilling to empathize with the loss so many New York families faced on that tragic day.�

The GOP logic refers to a Murphy interview where he was asked the abstract question, would you support the death penalty for the 9/11 hijackers had they survived? According to a GOP media advertisement, answering no is a �National Tragedy�.

It truly does say something when the only way death penalty supporters can justify their barbarism in a so called democratic civil society, is to cry tragedy when dead terrorists escape the death penalty.

Aside from terrorists evading the death penalty with the loophole of already being dead, I�ve always found it weird that nations such as the US, can teach citizens not to kill, by killing. Killing is wrong, don�t do it or we�ll fucking kill you, that�s not wrong, that�s right!

$3.6 billion in bonuses at Merrill Lynch

Following the federal government's promise of $10 billion in TARP funds to buoy the ailing firm, Merrill paid out $3.6 billion in bonuses: a package 22 times larger than compensation given by AIG.

Bank of America, which absorbed Merrill in 2008, received an additional $25 billion from the government to facilitate the merger.

NSW Premier Nathan Rees has met with ministers to discuss new laws designed to outlaw bikie gangs.

The laws will make it illegal for gang members to associate with one another and could also prevent them from working as security guards or tow-truck drivers.

Criminal defence lawyers have questioned whether the New South Wales Government's new crackdown on bikies will have any effect.

Barrister Phillip Boulton says:

"If these people who are shooting and killing each other can't obey the laws that say you can't shoot or kill each other, I don't think they're going to obey a law that says you can't have a beer with each other.�

Finally a voice of reason, in the midst of all the media hype and insane political rhetoric. Personally I still smell a conspiracy, as outlined in a previous post. I believe the �war on bikies� is all about state Governments overriding our freedoms once again, as if we hadn�t already lost enough due to the �war on terror�.

After the reaction to the airport brawl, why would bikie club members escalate incidents of violence against each in the knowledge that will only bring public condemnation and support for draconian government laws against them? Why indeed, unless they are being bribed really well to do so or are substituted by special agents whom we are told are bikies.

If there is truth in my conspiracy theory, it certainly wouldn�t be a new phenomenon, same shit the CIA have been orchestrating for 50 years, creating havoc for their own political gain.

By legislating it illegal for bikie clubs to exist, the Government is saying that all bikie group members are criminals. Why would lawful gatherers be outlawed? So in effect then, they are outlawing criminals? Why didn�t we think of this earlier? Perhaps next we could outlaw drug cartels?

One thing you learn rather quickly when working at the International Monetary Fund is that no one is ever very happy to see you. The reason, of course, is that the IMF specializes in telling its clients what they don�t want to hear.

Almost always, countries in crisis need to learn to live within their means after a period of excess. Typically, these countries are in a desperate economic situation for one simple reason - the powerful elites within them overreached in good times and took too many risks.

Over borrowing always ends badly, whether for an individual, a company, or a country. Sooner or later, credit conditions become tighter and no one will lend you money on anything close to affordable terms.

The downward spiral that follows is remarkably steep. Enormous companies teeter on the brink of default, and the local banks that have lent to them collapse. With credit unavailable, economic paralysis ensues, and conditions just get worse and worse.

The government is forced to draw down its foreign-currency reserves to pay for imports, service debt, and cover private losses. But these reserves will eventually run out. If the country cannot right itself before that happens, it will default on its sovereign debt and become an economic pariah.

The government, in its race to stop the bleeding, will typically need to wipe out some of the national champions - now haemorrhaging cash - and usually restructure a banking system that�s gone badly out of balance. It will, in other words, need to squeeze at least some of its oligarchs.

Squeezing the oligarchs, though, is seldom the strategy of choice. Quite the contrary: at the outset of the crisis, the oligarchs are usually among the first to get extra help from the government. Meanwhile, needing to squeeze someone, most governments look first to ordinary working folk - at least until the riots grow too large.

In its depth and suddenness, the U.S. economic and financial crisis is shockingly reminiscent of moments we have recently seen in emerging markets (and only in emerging markets). Elite business interests - financiers, in the case of the U.S. - played a central role in creating the crisis. More alarming, they are now using their influence to prevent precisely the sorts of reforms that are needed and fast, to pull the economy out of its nosedive. The government seems helpless, or unwilling, to act against them.

The financial industry has not always enjoyed such favoured treatment. But for the past 25 years or so, finance has boomed, becoming ever more powerful. The boom began with the Reagan years, and it only gained strength with the deregulatory policies of the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations.

From 1973 to 1985, the financial sector never earned more than 16 percent of domestic corporate profits. In 1986, that figure reached 19 percent. In the 1990s, it oscillated between 21 percent and 30 percent, higher than it had ever been in the post war period. This decade, it reached 41 percent. Pay rose just as dramatically. From 1948 to 1982, average compensation in the financial sector ranged between 99 percent and 108 percent of the average for all domestic private industries. From 1983, it shot upward, reaching 181 percent in 2007.

Over the past decade, the attitude took hold that what was good for Wall Street was good for the country. The banking-and-securities industry has become one of the top contributors to political campaigns.

One channel of influence was, of course, the flow of individuals between Wall Street and Washington. Robert Rubin, once the co-chairman of Goldman Sachs, served in Washington as Treasury secretary under Clinton, and later became chairman of Citigroup�s executive committee. Henry Paulson, CEO of Goldman Sachs during the long boom, became Treasury secretary under George W.Bush. John Snow, Paulson�s predecessor, left to become chairman of Cerberus Capital Management, a large private-equity firm that also counts Dan Quayle among its executives. Alan Greenspan, after leaving the Federal Reserve, became a consultant to Pimco, perhaps the biggest player in international bond markets.

These personal connections were multiplied many times over at the lower levels of the past three presidential administrations, strengthening the ties between Washington and Wall Street. It has become something of a tradition for Goldman Sachs employees to go into public service after they leave the firm. The flow of Goldman alumni - including Jon Corzine, now the governor of New Jersey, along with Rubin and Paulson - not only placed people with Wall Street�s worldview in the halls of power; it also helped create an image of Goldman (inside the Beltway, at least) as an institution that was itself almost a form of public service.

A whole generation of policy makers has been mesmerized by Wall Street, always and utterly convinced that whatever the banks said was true. Alan Greenspan�s pronouncements in favour of unregulated financial markets are well known. Yet Greenspan was hardly alone. This is what Ben Bernanke, the man who succeeded him.

Regulators, legislators, and academics almost all assumed that the managers of these banks knew what they were doing. In retrospect, they didn�t. AIG�s Financial Products division, for instance, made $2.5 billion in pre tax profits in 2005, largely by selling underpriced insurance on complex, poorly understood securities. Often described as �picking up nickels in front of a steamroller,� this strategy is profitable in ordinary years, and catastrophic in bad ones. As of last fall, AIG had outstanding insurance on more than $400 billion in securities. To date, the U.S. government, in an effort to rescue the company, has committed about $180 billion in investments and loans to cover losses that AIG�s sophisticated risk modelling had said were virtually impossible.

Major commercial and investment banks - and the hedge funds that ran alongside them - were the big beneficiaries of the twin housing and equity-market bubbles of this decade, their profits fed by an ever-increasing volume of transactions founded on a relatively small base of actual physical assets. Each time a loan was sold, packaged, securitized, and resold, banks took their transaction fees, and the hedge funds buying those securities reaped ever-larger fees as their holdings grew.

Because everyone was getting richer, and the health of the national economy depended so heavily on growth in real estate and finance, no one in Washington had any incentive to question what was going on.

In the summer of 2007, signs of strain started appearing. The boom had produced so much debt that even a small economic stumble could cause major problems, and rising delinquencies in subprime mortgages proved the stumbling block.

By now, the princes of the financial world have of course been stripped naked as leaders and strategists - at least in the eyes of most Americans. But as the months have rolled by, financial elites have continued to assume that their position as the economy�s favoured children is safe, despite the wreckage they have caused.

The response so far is perhaps best described as �policy by deal�: when a major financial institution gets into trouble, the Treasury Department and the Federal Reserve engineer a bailout over the weekend and announce on Monday that everything is fine. In March 2008, Bear Stearns was sold to JP Morgan Chase in what looked to many like a gift to JP Morgan. (Jamie Dimon, JP Morgan�s CEO, sits on the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, which, along with the Treasury Department, brokered the deal.) In September, we saw the sale of Merrill Lynch to Bank of America, the first bailout of AIG, and the takeover and immediate sale of Washington Mutual to JP Morgan - all of which were brokered by the government. In October, nine large banks were recapitalized on the same day behind closed doors in Washington. This, in turn, was followed by additional bailouts for Citigroup, AIG, Bank of America, Citigroup (again), and AIG (again).

Throughout the crisis, the government has taken extreme care not to upset the interests of the financial institutions, or to question the basic outlines of the system that got us here. In September 2008, Henry Paulson asked Congress for $700 billion to buy toxic assets from banks, with no strings attached and no judicial review of his purchase decisions. Many observers suspected that the purpose was to overpay for those assets and thereby take the problem off the banks� hands - indeed, that is the only way that buying toxic assets would have helped anything. Perhaps because there was no way to make such a blatant subsidy politically acceptable, that plan was shelved.

Instead, the money was used to recapitalize banks, buying shares in them on terms that were grossly favourable to the banks themselves. As the crisis has deepened and financial institutions have needed more help, the government has gotten more and more creative in figuring out ways to provide banks with subsidies that are too complex for the general public to understand. The first AIG bailout, which was on relatively good terms for the taxpayer, was supplemented by three further bailouts whose terms were more AIG-friendly. The second Citigroup bailout and the Bank of America bailout included complex asset guarantees that provided the banks with insurance at below-market rates. The third Citigroup bailout, in late February, converted government-owned preferred stock to common stock at a price significantly higher than the market price - a subsidy that probably even most Wall Street Journal readers would miss on first reading. And the convertible preferred shares that the Treasury will buy under the new Financial Stability Plan give the conversion option (and thus the upside) to the banks, not the government.

This latest plan - which is likely to provide cheap loans to hedge funds and others so that they can buy distressed bank assets at relatively high prices - has been heavily influenced by the financial sector, and Treasury has made no secret of that. As Neel Kashkari, a senior Treasury official under both Henry Paulson and Tim Geithner (and a Goldman alum) told Congress in March, �We had received inbound unsolicited proposals from people in the private sector saying, �We have capital on the sidelines; we want to go after [distressed bank] assets.�� And the plan lets them do just that: �By marrying government capital - taxpayer capital - with private-sector capital and providing financing, you can enable those investors to then go after those assets at a price that makes sense for the investors and at a price that makes sense for the banks.� Kashkari didn�t mention anything about what makes sense for the third group involved: the taxpayers.

Big banks, it seems, have only gained political strength since the crisis began. And this is not surprising. With the financial system so fragile, the damage that a major bank failure could cause -Lehman was small relative to Citigroup or Bank of America - is much greater than it would be during ordinary times. The banks have been exploiting this fear as they wring favourable deals out of Washington. Bank of America obtained its second bailout package (in January) after warning the government that it might not be able to go through with the acquisition of Merrill Lynch, a prospect that Treasury did not want to consider.

At the root of the banks� problems are the large losses they have undoubtedly taken on their securities and loan portfolios. But they don�t want to recognize the full extent of their losses, because that would likely expose them as insolvent. So they talk down the problem, and ask for handouts that aren�t enough to make them healthy (again, they can�t reveal the size of the handouts that would be necessary for that), but are enough to keep them upright a little longer. This behaviour is corrosive: unhealthy banks either don�t lend (hoarding money to shore up reserves) or they make desperate gambles on high-risk loans and investments that could pay off big, but probably won�t pay off at all. In either case, the economy suffers further, and as it does, bank assets themselves continue to deteriorate - creating a highly destructive vicious cycle.

The government needs to inspect the balance sheets and identify the banks that cannot survive a severe recession. These banks should face a choice: write down your assets to their true value and raise private capital within 30 days, or be taken over by the government.

This may seem like strong medicine. But in fact, while necessary, it is insufficient. The second problem the U.S. faces - the power of the oligarchy - is just as important as the immediate crisis of lending. And the advice from the IMF on this front would again be simple: break the oligarchy.
